I thought I'd throw out quick teaser pertaining to my most recent shoot since I haven't posted in a while...
I worked with Dan Minicucci Photography (this will be our 5th time working together) on some location shots while the last leaves of autumn were still clinging to the trees. I haven't had a chance to shoot with orange leaves for a few years now, the last time being a more impromptu shoot with a friend in February, when we managed to find some color in the woods.
I digress... back to nowadays...I think we did about 6 different looks over the course of the day. We would have done more, but it was getting progressively colder, and with the sun setting earlier in the day, we were starting to lose light.
But from what we did shoot, we came up with some awesome stuff. I'm incredibly excited to show off more images when the time comes!
With Thanksgiving just around the corner, I decided to throw a little something extra in during the shoot, something to honor someone I'm very thankful for, but that is going to have to be a surprise for another day!
On another note, I'm attending two Thanksgiving events this year-one traditional, and one not so traditional. I don't know if I'm more thankful about the chance to eat all sorts of new things, or spend time with the people I don't get to see as often as I wish I could.
What are your plans for Thanksgiving this year?
